【摘要】：目的探討細節(jié)優(yōu)化護理對初產婦產后母乳喂養(yǎng)、康復及抑郁情緒的影響。方法選取2015年5月~2016年6月在我院生產的初產婦110例為研究對象,將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各55例。對照組給予常規(guī)護理,觀察組給予細節(jié)優(yōu)化護理。分析兩組患者護理前后EPD和PSQI評估結果,并了解產婦初次泌乳時間和母乳喂養(yǎng)成功率。結果干預后,兩組產婦睡眠與抑郁情緒均得到改善,但觀察組改善效果較理想;觀察組產婦母乳充足率及喂養(yǎng)成功率明顯高于對照組,而且初次泌乳時間比對照組短,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論對初產婦實施細節(jié)優(yōu)化護理后,效果顯著,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of detail optimization nursing on postpartum breast-feeding, rehabilitation and depression of primipara. Methods 110 primiparous women in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 55) and control group (n = 55). The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given detail optimization nursing. The evaluation results of EPD and PSQI before and after nursing were analyzed, and the first lactation time and the success rate of breast-feeding were analyzed. Results after intervention, both sleep and depression were improved in both groups, but the effect of observation group was better than that of control group. The breast milk adequacy rate and feeding success rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the first lactation time was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of detail optimization nursing for primipara is remarkable and worth popularizing.
