心理護理配合運動療法用于妊娠糖尿病護理的效果分析

【摘要】:目的分析心理護理配合運動療法用于妊娠糖尿病護理的效果。方法選取2013年4月~2016年3月我院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者40例為研究對象,將其隨機分成對照組和觀察組,各20例。對照組實施常規(guī)護理,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上實施心理護理配合運動療法。觀察兩組患者的血糖水平。結(jié)果與對照組相比較,觀察組護理后血糖水平更好,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論心理護理配合運動療法用于妊娠糖尿病護理的效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods from April 2013 to March 2016, 40 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy. Blood glucose levels were observed in both groups. Results compared with the control group, the blood glucose level in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy is effective for gestational diabetes mellitus.
