【摘要】：目的了解心肌梗死患者延續(xù)性護理知識需求并分析其影響因素,為相關干預性研究提供依據(jù)。方法采取便利抽樣方法,對河北省3所三級甲等醫(yī)院心臟科195例心肌梗死患者進行問卷調查。結果心肌梗死患者延續(xù)性護理知識需求總得分(155.71±13.345)分,心肌梗死患者對"飲食相關知識[(4.31±0.600)分]、運動相關知識[(4.30±0.629)分]"的維度及維度下的知識需求程度較高,而對"生活相關知識[(4.24±0.649)分]"的知識需求程度較低。經多元線性回歸分析得出,年齡、文化程度、住院史是心肌梗死患者延續(xù)性護理知識需求程度的主要影響因素(P0.05)。結論心肌梗死患者延續(xù)性護理知識需求程度較高,應根據(jù)患者的具體需求開展針對性教育,提高心肌梗死患者延續(xù)期知識水平,從而幫助患者盡快回歸家庭、回歸社會。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the need of continuous nursing knowledge in patients with myocardial infarction and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 195 patients with myocardial infarction in 3 Grade 3A hospitals in Hebei province. Results the total score of continuous nursing knowledge requirement in patients with myocardial infarction was (155.71 鹵13.345), and the "diet related knowledge [(4.31 鹵0.600)] in patients with myocardial infarction. The degree of knowledge demand in dimension [(4.30 鹵0.629)] and "life related knowledge [(4.24 鹵0.649)]" was higher than that in "life related knowledge [(4.24 鹵0.649)". Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level and hospitalization history were the main influencing factors of continuous nursing knowledge demand in patients with myocardial infarction (P0.05). Conclusion there is a high demand for continuous nursing knowledge in patients with myocardial infarction, so it is necessary to carry out targeted education according to the specific needs of patients, to improve the level of knowledge of patients with myocardial infarction during the continuance period, so as to help the patients to return to their families and society as soon as possible.
