【摘要】：目的探究?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理方法在老年子宮脫垂患者群體中的應(yīng)用方式和臨床效果。方法選取2014年10月~2015年11月我院收治的老年子宮脫垂患者52例作為研究對(duì)象,按照患者的入院時(shí)間先后隨機(jī)分為研究組和參照組,各26例,參照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理方法,研究組在常規(guī)護(hù)理方法基礎(chǔ)上行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理方法,觀察比較兩組患者的護(hù)理滿意度,以及接受護(hù)理前后的抑郁評(píng)分和焦慮評(píng)分。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)不同的護(hù)理干預(yù),研究組患者對(duì)于護(hù)理工作的滿意度與參照組存在非常顯著的差異,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。護(hù)理前,研究組患者的抑郁評(píng)分和焦慮評(píng)分和參照組之間基本一致,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。護(hù)理后,研究組患者在抑郁評(píng)分及焦慮評(píng)分上都明顯低于參照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論針對(duì)老年子宮脫垂患者來(lái)說(shuō),其常規(guī)性護(hù)理干預(yù)模式基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù),能夠在最大程度上提升患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度,同時(shí)優(yōu)化患者在接受治療過(guò)程中的心理狀態(tài),改善患者的整體生存質(zhì)量,值得在臨床中加以推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application and clinical effect of high-quality nursing method in elderly patients with uterine prolapse. Methods from October 2014 to November 2015, 52 elderly patients with uterine prolapse were randomly divided into two groups: study group and reference group, 26 cases in each group. Routine nursing methods were used in the control group. On the basis of routine nursing methods, the study group performed high quality nursing methods to observe and compare the nursing satisfaction degree, depression score and anxiety score before and after nursing in the two groups. Results after different nursing interventions, there was a significant difference between the study group and the reference group (P0.05). Before nursing, the depression score and anxiety score of the study group and the reference group were basically the same, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). After nursing, the depression score and anxiety score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for the elderly patients with uterine prolapse, the routine nursing intervention model combined with high quality nursing intervention can improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing work to the greatest extent. At the same time, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice to optimize the psychological state of patients and improve their overall quality of life.
