【摘要】：目的觀察老年女性胸腰椎骨折患者椎體成形術(shù)的護(hù)理效果。方法選取2015年6月~2016年9月我院收治的老年女性胸腰椎骨折患者60例為研究對象,均行椎體成形術(shù)治療,分為對照組與觀察組,各30例。對照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組基于常規(guī)護(hù)理行護(hù)理干預(yù)。比較兩組JOA評分、VAS評分及護(hù)理依從性。結(jié)果觀察組JOA評分與VAS評分優(yōu)于對照組,護(hù)理依從率93.3%,高于對照組73.3%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對行椎體成形術(shù)老年女性胸腰椎骨折患者實(shí)施護(hù)理干預(yù),可改善其腰椎功能,減輕疼痛,提高護(hù)理依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the nursing effect of vertebroplasty in elderly female patients with thoracolumbar fracture. Methods from June 2015 to September 2016, 60 elderly female patients with thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture were selected as study objects. All of them were treated with vertebroplasty and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received nursing intervention based on routine nursing. JOA score, VAS score and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups. Results the JOA score and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the nursing compliance rate was 93.3%, which was higher than that in the control group (73.3%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention for elderly female patients with thoracolumbar fracture after vertebroplasty can improve lumbar function, relieve pain and improve nursing compliance.
