【摘要】：目的了解我國(guó)介入手術(shù)室建設(shè)和護(hù)理管理現(xiàn)狀,為介入手術(shù)室規(guī)范化建設(shè)和管理提供依據(jù)。方法自制調(diào)查表,采用郵寄問(wèn)卷的調(diào)查方法,從全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展介入手術(shù)的215所醫(yī)院中隨機(jī)抽取120所作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,共回收有效問(wèn)卷101份,有效率為84.2%。結(jié)果介入手術(shù)室在三甲醫(yī)院的發(fā)展較為迅速,但很多醫(yī)院還存在污染危險(xiǎn)系數(shù)高的非層流單通道手術(shù)室,護(hù)理人員水平參差不齊;部分醫(yī)院介入手術(shù)室業(yè)務(wù)管理不規(guī)范,對(duì)護(hù)理人員上崗培訓(xùn)、準(zhǔn)入制度和防護(hù)管理尚無(wú)統(tǒng)一規(guī)范。結(jié)論我國(guó)介入手術(shù)室建設(shè)、護(hù)理人員管理、培訓(xùn)以及防護(hù)管理方面的措施和準(zhǔn)則還不夠完善,需建立統(tǒng)一的手術(shù)室建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),護(hù)理人員業(yè)務(wù)管理、培訓(xùn)和防護(hù)管理制度。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of interventional operating room construction and nursing management in China, and to provide basis for standardized construction and management of interventional operating room. Methods A total of 120 questionnaires were collected randomly from 215 hospitals with interventional surgery in the whole country by mail questionnaire. 101 effective questionnaires were collected and the effective rate was 84.2%. Results the interventional operating room developed rapidly in the third Class A Hospital, but many hospitals still had non-laminar flow single channel operating room with high pollution risk coefficient, and the level of nursing staff was not uniform. Some hospitals involved in operating room business management is not standardized, nursing personnel induction training, access system and protection management has not yet unified norms. Conclusion the measures and norms of operation room construction, nursing staff management, training and protection management in China are not perfect. It is necessary to establish a unified operating room construction standard, nursing staff management, training and protection management system.
