大蒜素與不同抗菌藥物聯(lián)用對耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌的體外抗菌活性研究

【摘要】:目的研究大蒜素與抗菌藥物聯(lián)用對耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的體外抗菌活性,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用微量肉湯稀釋法分別測定大蒜素與抗菌藥物對30株MRSA的最低抑菌濃度(MIC),考察單用兩藥對MRSA的抗菌活性;以測得的單藥MIC為依據(jù),采用棋盤法設計,測定并計算大蒜素和抗菌藥物聯(lián)用對30株MRSA的部分抑菌濃度指數(shù)(FIC),考察兩藥聯(lián)合對MRSA的抗菌活性。結果單用大蒜素對30株MRSA的MIC為(0.30±0.09)mg/mL,與苯唑西林、頭孢唑林聯(lián)用后使其MIC50由64μg/mL和32μg/mL下降到8μg/mL,以協(xié)同或相加作用為主;與萬古霉素聯(lián)用后使其MIC50由2μg/mL下降到0.5μg/mL,主要表現(xiàn)為相加作用。結論大蒜素對MRSA有一定抑制作用,與抗菌藥物聯(lián)合后能增強其抑菌效果,臨床上可考慮使用大蒜素作為抗菌藥物,特別是萬古霉素的增敏劑用于治療MRSA引起的嚴重感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the in vitro antibacterial activity of allicin combined with antimicrobial agents against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC),) of allicin and antimicrobial agents on 30 MRSA strains was determined by broth dilution method. The antibacterial activity of allicin and antimicrobial agents against MRSA was investigated by (MIC),. Based on the single drug MIC, the antimicrobial activity of allicin and antimicrobial agents on 30 MRSA strains was determined and calculated by chessboard design. (FIC), was used to investigate the antibacterial activity of the two drugs against MRSA. Results the MIC of 30 MRSA strains treated with allicin alone was (0.30 鹵0.09) mg/mL, and oxacillin, and the MIC50 of cefazolin decreased from 64 渭 g/mL and 32 渭 g/mL to 8 渭 g / mL, which was mainly synergistic or additive. In combination with vancomycin, the MIC50 decreased from 2 渭 g/mL to 0. 5 渭 g / mL, which mainly showed additive effect. Conclusion allicin has a certain inhibitory effect on MRSA, combined with antimicrobial agents can enhance its bacteriostatic effect. In clinic, allicin can be considered as an antimicrobial agent, especially vancomycin sensitizer for the treatment of severe infection caused by MRSA.
