【摘要】：目的對糖尿病足危險因素進(jìn)行篩查以服務(wù)于�？谱o(hù)理。方法使用VPT震動感覺閾值檢查與四肢血流多普勒檢查對糖尿病足進(jìn)行篩查。結(jié)果 189例為多個糖尿病足危險因素,67例為單一糖尿病足危險因素,其中糖尿病史是最高危因素,構(gòu)成比為94.92%。結(jié)論護(hù)理上要對糖尿病足危險因素進(jìn)行及時篩查,根據(jù)結(jié)果落實(shí)針對性護(hù)理措施才能能有效預(yù)防工糖尿病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen the risk factors of diabetic foot for specialized nursing. Methods VPT vibration sensory threshold and limb blood flow Doppler were used to screen diabetic foot. Results 189 cases were multiple diabetic foot risk factors, 67 cases were single diabetic foot risk factors, among which diabetes history was the most high risk factor, composition ratio was 94.92%. Conclusion in nursing care, the risk factors of diabetic foot should be screened in time and the corresponding nursing measures should be carried out according to the results to prevent the occurrence of diabetes effectively.
