【摘要】：目的探討住院腦卒中主要照顧者照顧積極感受現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。方法 2013-08—12選擇平頂山市某三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院260例腦卒中主要照顧者,使用照顧者積極感受量表(positive aspects of caregiving,PAC)、腦卒中患者及主要照顧者一般資料進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果自我肯定(25.46±4.43)分,展望(13.04±2.57)分,積極感受總分(38.50±6.8)分。多元逐步回歸顯示,家庭月收入、婚姻狀況、是否與患者同住、自覺(jué)健康狀況是照顧者積極感受影響因素,可解釋51.2%的總變異量。結(jié)論腦卒中主要照顧者照顧積極感受存在,且為中等偏上水平;臨床工作者應(yīng)結(jié)合其影響因素給予針對(duì)性支持,以提高主要照顧者心理健康及生活質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the status quo and influencing factors of care positive feelings of the main caregivers of stroke in hospital. Methods A total of 260 primary caretakers of stroke in a tertiary general hospital in Pingdingshan City were selected from 2013-08-12. The general data of stroke patients and main caretakers were investigated by using the caregivers' positive feeling scale (positive aspects of caregiving,PAC). Results Self-affirmation (25.46 鹵4.43), outlook (13.04 鹵2.57), positive feeling (38.50 鹵6.8). Multiple stepwise regression showed that monthly family income, marital status, living with the patient, conscious health status were the influencing factors of caregivers' positive feelings, which could explain 51.2% of the total variation. Conclusion taking care of positive feelings of the main caretakers of stroke exists and is at the middle level, and the clinical workers should give targeted support in combination with the influencing factors in order to improve the mental health and quality of life of the main caretakers.
