【摘要】：目的評價谷氨酰胺強化的營養(yǎng)支持對我國膿毒癥患者療效的影響,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法系統(tǒng)檢索國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集所有使用谷氨酰胺強化營養(yǎng)支持治療膿毒癥患者的隨機對照試驗,采用stata 11.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行meta分析,并進行分層分析和靈敏度分析。結(jié)果共納入22篇隨機對照研究結(jié)果顯示,與對照組比較,谷氨酰胺強化營養(yǎng)支持降低膿毒癥患者的ICU住院天數(shù)、改善急性生理與APACHEⅡ評分、升高血清IgG水平、降低C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)水平,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論谷氨酰胺強化治療能改善我國膿毒癥患者臨床結(jié)局、提高免疫功能及降低炎癥反應(yīng),有利于預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of glutamine-enhanced nutritional support on the efficacy of sepsis in China and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A systematic search of domestic and foreign databases was conducted to collect all randomized controlled trials of patients with sepsis treated with glutamine fortified nutrition support. Meta analysis was performed with stata 11.0 statistical software, and stratified analysis and sensitivity analysis were carried out.
