【摘要】：目的探討耐碳青霉烯類鮑氏不動桿菌(CRAB)基因群和合理用藥的相關性,為臨床用藥提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2014年1月-2015年7月無錫市第二人民醫(yī)院,耐碳青霉烯類鮑氏不動桿菌感染陽性患者217例,進行PCR基因序列的分析;記錄用藥情況和預后,對基因群和聯(lián)合用藥做相關性分析。結果 67株擴增出OXA-23型引物預期長度產(chǎn)物;169株擴增出OXA-51(66)型引物預期長度產(chǎn)物;預后與是否聯(lián)合用藥做交叉表顯示,預后和聯(lián)合用藥差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論耐碳青霉烯類鮑氏不動桿菌基因群OXA-51(66)的陽性與陰性表達,檢測其基因序列對于臨床聯(lián)合用藥具有一定的提示價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between (CRAB) gene group of acinetobacter baumannii and rational drug use, and to provide reference for clinical use. Methods 217 patients with acinetobacter baumannii infection were selected from Wuxi second people's Hospital from January 2014 to July 2015. The sequence of PCR gene was analyzed and the drug use and prognosis were recorded. The correlation between gene group and combined drug use was analyzed. Results the expected length product of OXA-23 primer was amplified from 67 strains and the expected length product of OXA-51 (66) type primer from 169 strains was amplified. Conclusion the positive and negative expression of OXA-51 _ (66) in acinetobacter baumannii gene group is positive and negative, and the detection of its gene sequence may be helpful for clinical use of acinetobacter baumannii.
