【摘要】：目的了解佛山市某醫(yī)院住院患者非發(fā)酵菌感染臨床分布及耐藥性特點(diǎn),為預(yù)防及治療非發(fā)酵菌引起的感染提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法回顧性調(diào)查2011年1月-2014年12月臨床送檢的各類標(biāo)本中,非發(fā)酵菌的感染情況。結(jié)果共分離非發(fā)酵菌2 589株,其中檢出率最高的前四種非發(fā)酵菌分別為銅綠假單胞菌(PAE)、鮑曼氏不動(dòng)桿菌(ABA)、洋蔥伯克霍爾德氏菌(BCE)及嗜麥芽寡養(yǎng)單胞菌(SMA)。PAE的檢出率在4年里保持平穩(wěn),ABA及SMA的檢出率持續(xù)上升,BCE檢出率有所下降。PAE的耐藥率較低,除替卡西林/克拉維酸鉀外均不超過(guò)30%。ABA、BCE及SMA的耐藥率較高,高于2012年CHINET的統(tǒng)計(jì)率。結(jié)論在醫(yī)院感染中非發(fā)酵菌為重要的致病菌,由于大部分耐藥性嚴(yán)重,臨床應(yīng)重視細(xì)菌耐藥性監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果,防止醫(yī)院感染暴發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of non-fermentative bacteria infection in a hospital in Foshan City, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of non-fermentative bacteria infection. Methods the infection of non-fermentative bacteria in all kinds of clinical samples from January 2011 to December 2014 was investigated retrospectively. Results A total of 2 589 strains of non-fermentative bacteria were isolated. The highest detectable rates of the first four non-fermentative bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE), Acinetobacter baumannii (ABA), Bacillus cepacia (BCE) and Maltophilia oligotrophomonas (SMA). PAE, and the detection rates of ABA and SMA remained stable in 4 years. The positive rate of BCE decreased, while the rate of drug resistance of PAE was lower. With the exception of ticacillin / potassium clavulanate, the drug resistance rates of BCE and SMA were higher than those of CHINET in 2012. Conclusion Non-fermentative bacteria infection is an important pathogenic bacteria in hospital. Because of the serious drug resistance, we should pay attention to the monitoring results of bacterial resistance in clinic to prevent the outbreak of nosocomial infection.
