【摘要】：正危重患者是指那些病情嚴(yán)重而且復(fù)雜,病情變化快,隨時(shí)可能發(fā)生生命危險(xiǎn)的患者,這些患者通常有多臟器功能不全,需要嚴(yán)密的、連續(xù)的病情觀察和全面的監(jiān)護(hù)與治療~([1])。危重患者轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)安全一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,2015年"患者轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)"已被列為美國(guó)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)關(guān)注的10大患者安全問(wèn)題之一。危重患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)涉及病情、設(shè)備、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)人員等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)普遍存在~([2-4]),可直接或間接造成不良事件的發(fā)生~([5]),甚至有危及生命的危險(xiǎn)~([6])。有計(jì)劃、有組織的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程能有效防范轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),降低不良
[Abstract]:Critical patients refer to those patients whose condition is serious and complex, whose condition changes rapidly, and who may be in danger of life at any time. These patients usually have multiple organ dysfunction and need rigorous and continuous observation of the condition and comprehensive monitoring and treatment ~ ([1]). The safety of critical patient transshipment has been a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad. In 2015, "patient transshipment" has been listed as one of the top 10 patient safety issues concerned by American medical institutions. The transportation of critical patients in hospital involves many links, such as condition, equipment, personnel, etc. The risk of transport exists generally in ~ (2-4), which can directly or indirectly cause the occurrence of adverse events ~ ([5]) or even endanger the life of ~ (6). Planned and organized transshipment process can effectively prevent the risk of transshipment and reduce the bad.
