【摘要】：目的分析超聲定位引導(dǎo)下鎖骨下靜脈穿刺置管的成功率、并發(fā)癥和置管后感染率。方法對(duì)360例患者分別采用超聲定位引導(dǎo)術(shù)和解剖標(biāo)志點(diǎn)盲探穿刺置管術(shù)兩種方法進(jìn)行鎖骨下靜脈穿刺置管,觀察對(duì)比其效果。結(jié)果超聲組與對(duì)照組對(duì)比,穿刺成功率、長期留置感染率和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),超聲組顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)下鎖骨下靜脈穿刺成功率高、感染率低、安全性好,對(duì)于靜脈穿刺困難患者有重要的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the success rate, complications and infection rate of ultrasound guided subclavian vein catheterization. Methods 360 patients with subclavian vein catheterization were treated by ultrasonic guidance and anatomic marker point blind puncture respectively, and the results were observed and compared. Results compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the puncture success rate, long-term indwelling infection rate and complication rate between the ultrasound group and the control group (P0.05), and the ultrasound group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided subclavian vein puncture has high success rate, low infection rate and good safety. It has important clinical application value for patients with difficult venipuncture.
