【摘要】：橫向暴力在護(hù)士群體普遍存在,已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重的行業(yè)問題和社會(huì)問題。橫向暴力不僅對護(hù)士的心理、生理上產(chǎn)生不良影響,甚至降低了護(hù)理服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,從而對整個(gè)護(hù)理行業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生不良影響。護(hù)理管理者應(yīng)當(dāng)采取相應(yīng)的措施去減少護(hù)士工作中橫向暴力的產(chǎn)生,提高護(hù)士身心健康,提高護(hù)理眼務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Transverse violence is prevalent in nurses and has become a serious industry problem and social problem. Transverse violence not only has a negative effect on nurses' psychology and physiology, but also reduces the quality of nursing service, thus has a negative impact on the development of the whole nursing profession. Nursing administrators should take appropriate measures to reduce the occurrence of transverse violence in nurses' work, improve the physical and mental health of nurses, and improve the quality of nursing eye care.
