【摘要】：目的探究品管圈活動(dòng)在產(chǎn)科護(hù)理工作開展中發(fā)揮的積極作用,對(duì)于護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要價(jià)值。方法本研究自2014年1月開始實(shí)施品管圈活動(dòng),活動(dòng)開始前針對(duì)護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行孕產(chǎn)婦專業(yè)知識(shí)、新生兒專業(yè)知識(shí)以及孕產(chǎn)婦滿意度、護(hù)理問題發(fā)生幾率等的調(diào)查分析,在活動(dòng)開展中,針對(duì)產(chǎn)科護(hù)理工作的基本特點(diǎn)和要求,創(chuàng)建了孕產(chǎn)婦護(hù)理品管圈、新生兒護(hù)理品管圈以及健康教育品管圈三個(gè)小組,圍繞這三個(gè)小組開展相關(guān)活動(dòng),并且在活動(dòng)結(jié)束后,同樣調(diào)查了解護(hù)理人員在孕產(chǎn)婦專業(yè)知識(shí)、新生兒專業(yè)知識(shí)以及孕產(chǎn)婦滿意度、護(hù)理問題發(fā)生幾率等方面的表現(xiàn),對(duì)比兩者是否存在明顯的差異。結(jié)果針對(duì)品管圈活動(dòng)實(shí)施前后護(hù)理人員在孕產(chǎn)婦專業(yè)知識(shí)、新生兒專業(yè)知識(shí)以及孕產(chǎn)婦滿意度、護(hù)理問題發(fā)生幾率等四個(gè)方面的表現(xiàn)來看,活動(dòng)實(shí)施后,護(hù)理人員的孕產(chǎn)婦專業(yè)知識(shí)、新生兒專業(yè)知識(shí)以及孕產(chǎn)婦滿意度都得到了較好的提升和優(yōu)化,并且護(hù)理問題發(fā)生幾率也得到了有效的降低控制,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在產(chǎn)科護(hù)理工作中采用品管圈活動(dòng)進(jìn)行推廣是極為重要的一種產(chǎn)科護(hù)理水平提升及其護(hù)理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提高的重要手段,有利于產(chǎn)科護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the positive role of quality control circle (QC) in obstetric nursing and its important value in nursing risk management.Methods QC activities were carried out in January, 2014. According to the investigation and analysis of birth rate and the basic characteristics and requirements of obstetric nursing, three groups of maternal nursing quality control circle, neonatal nursing quality control circle and health education quality control circle were established. Relevant activities were carried out around these three groups, and after the activity, the same investigation and understanding of nursing staff during pregnancy and delivery were conducted. Results The professional knowledge of pregnant women, the professional knowledge of newborns, the satisfaction degree of pregnant women, and the probability of nursing problems were compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle. From the aspect of performance, the professional knowledge of pregnant and lying-in women, the professional knowledge of neonates and the satisfaction of pregnant and lying-in women were improved and optimized after the implementation of the activities, and the incidence of nursing problems was effectively reduced and controlled, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Circle activities are very important to promote the level of obstetric care and improve the standardization of nursing an important means, conducive to obstetric nursing risk management and control.
