【摘要】：目的了解蘇州市老年公寓老年人跌倒現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為老年公寓工作人員預防老年人跌倒管理提供實證依據(jù)。方法采用一般資料問卷和社區(qū)老年人跌倒危險評估問卷對677名老年公寓內老年人跌倒情況進行調查。結果 677名老年人中有180名跌倒,跌倒發(fā)生率為26.59%,性別、影響自身平衡能力的患病種數(shù)、視力異常、軀體感覺異常、對活動能力的自我評估、在自己家內安全行走、居家環(huán)境危險因素是老年公寓老年人跌倒高危因素。結論老年公寓老年人跌倒率較高,突出表現(xiàn)為性別和影響自身平衡患病種數(shù)有關。需控制跌倒風險,優(yōu)化老年公寓環(huán)境,加強平衡和運動控制訓練等,降低老年公寓老年人跌倒發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of fall in elderly apartment in Suzhou, and to provide empirical evidence for the prevention of fall in elderly apartment workers. Methods General information questionnaire and community elderly fall risk assessment questionnaire were used to investigate the fall of 677 elderly people in the apartment. Results 180 of 677 elderly people fell down, the incidence of falls was 26.59. Sex, the number of diseases affecting their ability to balance, abnormal eyesight, abnormal somatosensory, self-assessment of activity ability, safe walking in their own homes. The risk factor of home environment is the high risk factor of fall in the elderly apartment. Conclusion the fall rate of the elderly in apartment is higher, which is related to sex and the number of species that affect self balance. It is necessary to control the fall risk, optimize the environment of the elderly apartment, strengthen the training of balance and exercise control, and reduce the incidence of fall in the elderly apartment.
