輸血前合理性用血監(jiān)管流程的建立和效果

【摘要】:目的探討合理用血監(jiān)管流程在臨床輸血合理性和用血安全中的作用。方法通過質(zhì)控前移的方式,對來自克拉瑪依市中心醫(yī)院23個臨床用血科室的3 116個輸血病例進(jìn)行輸血合理性研究。結(jié)果建立輸血前合理監(jiān)管流程后結(jié)果顯示1)臨床輸血人次較監(jiān)管前減少了182人次;2)用血不合理性由監(jiān)管前的15.95%(243/1 523)降至8.97%(135/1 593);3)總節(jié)約用血量為47 850 m L。結(jié)論輸血前合理用血監(jiān)管流程的使用,提高了臨床輸血合理性,節(jié)約了血液資源,為臨床安全用血提供了保證。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the role of reasonable blood use supervision process in clinical blood transfusion rationality and safety. Methods A total of 3 116 blood transfusion cases from 23 clinical departments of Karamay Central Hospital were studied on the rationality of blood transfusion. Results the results showed that: 1) the number of clinical blood transfusions was decreased by 182 person-times compared with that before supervision. The irrationality of blood use decreased from 15.95% (243 / 1,523) to 8.97% (135 / 1,593), and the total saved blood consumption was 47,850 mL. Conclusion the reasonable use of blood before blood transfusion can improve the rationality of clinical blood transfusion, save blood resources and provide a guarantee for safe use of blood in clinic.
