【摘要】：細(xì)菌耐藥已成為威脅人類健康的公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題,然而,目前對(duì)于一些有關(guān)細(xì)菌耐藥現(xiàn)象的認(rèn)識(shí)和解讀存在一定的片面性和局限性,細(xì)菌耐藥現(xiàn)象的本質(zhì)特征和發(fā)展規(guī)律絕非通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單計(jì)算臨床分離菌株的耐藥率能夠充分反映,據(jù)此所實(shí)施的各種預(yù)防控制措施也難免存在不足;合理解讀和理解細(xì)菌耐藥現(xiàn)象背后的各種本質(zhì)規(guī)律和邏輯關(guān)系直接影響到我們對(duì)其認(rèn)識(shí)的深度、廣度甚至正確與否;針對(duì)此問(wèn)題,該綜述探討對(duì)于細(xì)菌耐藥問(wèn)題進(jìn)行多側(cè)面解讀和理解,以促進(jìn)對(duì)于該問(wèn)題全面而客觀的認(rèn)識(shí),進(jìn)而推進(jìn)相關(guān)預(yù)防控制手段的改進(jìn)和完善。
[Abstract]:Bacterial drug resistance has become a public health problem threatening human health. However, there are some one-sidedness and limitations in understanding and interpreting the phenomenon of bacterial drug resistance. The essential characteristics and development law of bacterial drug resistance can not be fully reflected by simply calculating the drug resistance rate of clinical isolates. A reasonable understanding of the nature and logic behind the phenomenon of bacterial drug resistance has a direct impact on the depth, breadth and even correctness of our understanding of it. In order to promote the comprehensive and objective understanding of the problem of bacterial drug resistance, the review discussed the improvement and improvement of the related preventive and control methods.
