【摘要】：目的探索我國大型三甲醫(yī)院住院擇期手術取消的影響因素,為醫(yī)院管理者提供科學參考依據。方法前瞻性收集四川大學華西醫(yī)院2014年11月1日—2015年1月31日住院擇期手術取消原因,采用χ~2檢驗、二分類logistic回歸分析方法比較其影響因素。結果患者年齡、醫(yī)療組長職稱、手術難度與住院擇期手術取消有關,手術難度對手術取消的作用最大。結論住院擇期手術排程時,考慮手術取消的影響因素,合理排程以減少手術的取消。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the factors influencing the cancellation of selective surgery in large third Class A hospitals in China, and to provide scientific reference for hospital administrators. Methods the causes of canceling elective surgery from November 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015 in Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University were prospectively collected, and the influencing factors were compared by 蠂 ~ 2 test and logistic regression analysis. Results the age of the patients, the professional title of medical team leader, the difficulty of operation were related to the cancellation of elective operation in hospital, and the difficulty of operation had the greatest effect on the cancellation of operation. Conclusion in order to reduce the cancellations of surgery, the influencing factors of cancellations should be taken into account.
