App在腫瘤科患者延續(xù)護理中的應(yīng)用效果研究

【摘要】:目的構(gòu)建延續(xù)護理App,探討App在延續(xù)護理中的應(yīng)用及效果。方法成立延續(xù)護理App項目小組,構(gòu)建App功能模塊,在腫瘤科延續(xù)護理中試運行,并對182名下載了App的患者或家屬使用情況進行效果評價。結(jié)果在使用App 1個月期間,延續(xù)護理團隊對每位使用App的患者均發(fā)送了延續(xù)護理服務(wù)內(nèi)容,完成率為100.00%,但醫(yī)患之間的交流較少,除96人(52.75%)通過App完成了復(fù)診預(yù)約登記,其他模塊使用率不足50%;颊弑救藢pp的使用較積極,168名(92.31%)患者本人下載了App,只有14名(7.69%)患者家屬下載了App。使用App完成延續(xù)護理服務(wù)的患者在復(fù)診依從性方面明顯優(yōu)于未使用App的患者(P0.01)。結(jié)論 App運用于延續(xù)護理有效提高了患者復(fù)診依從性,提供了高效便捷的延續(xù)護理服務(wù),促進醫(yī)患、護患、患患之間的交流,推進了延續(xù)護理信息化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application and effect of App, in continuous nursing care. Methods the App project group of continuous nursing was set up to construct the App functional module, and the results were evaluated on 182 patients or family members who had downloaded App. Results during one month of using App, the continuation nursing team sent the content of continuous nursing service to each patient who used App, the completion rate was 100.005%, but the communication between doctors and patients was less, except 96 patients (52.75%) completed the registration of follow-up appointment through App. Other modules are less than 50 percent usage. 168 patients (92.31%) had downloaded App, only 14 (7.69%) had downloaded App.. Patients who completed continuous care with App were significantly superior to those who did not use App in terms of follow-up compliance (P0.01). Conclusion the application of App in continuous nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients, provide efficient and convenient continuous nursing service, promote the communication between patients, doctors and patients, and promote the development of continuous nursing information.
