【摘要】：目的研究子宮肌瘤手術(shù)患者的護(hù)理方式。方法將我院2015年2月~2016年8月子宮肌瘤手術(shù)患者56例分兩組,常規(guī)組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理方式;全程人性化組采取全程人性化護(hù)理干預(yù)。就兩組患者子宮肌瘤手術(shù)所需的時間、手術(shù)后患者住院恢復(fù)時間、手術(shù)過程出血情況和患者對子宮肌瘤手術(shù)護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意度、手術(shù)所帶來的并發(fā)癥現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果全程人性化組患者對子宮肌瘤手術(shù)護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意度明顯高于常規(guī)組,手術(shù)所帶來的并發(fā)癥現(xiàn)象明顯低于常規(guī)組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。全程人性化組患者子宮肌瘤手術(shù)所需的時間、手術(shù)后患者住院恢復(fù)時間、手術(shù)過程出血情況均明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論子宮肌瘤手術(shù)患者給予全程人性化護(hù)理干預(yù)效果確切,可有效縮短手術(shù)操作的時間,減少手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生和手術(shù)過程出血,對加速術(shù)后恢復(fù)以及提升患者滿意度具有重要作用,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the nursing care of patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods from February 2015 to August 2016, 56 patients undergoing hysteromyoma operation in our hospital were divided into two groups: routine nursing group and humanized nursing intervention group. A comparison was made between the two groups in terms of the time required for the operation of uterine myoma, the time of hospitalization recovery, the bleeding situation during the operation, the satisfaction of the patients with nursing care for the operation of the uterine myoma, and the complications brought by the operation. Results the patients' satisfaction with the nursing care of uterine leiomyoma surgery in the whole course of humanization group was significantly higher than that in the routine group, and the complications caused by the operation were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P0.05). The time needed for hysteromyoma operation, the recovery time after operation and the bleeding during operation were significantly better in the humanized group than in the conventional group (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of humanized nursing intervention on patients with uterine leiomyoma is effective, which can effectively shorten the time of operation, reduce the occurrence of complications and bleeding during operation. It plays an important role in accelerating postoperative recovery and improving patient satisfaction, and is worth popularizing.
