【摘要】：目的分析綜合護(hù)理措施在腦出血偏癱患者的運(yùn)用效果。方法選取我院2013年1月~2016年1月收治的腦出血偏癱患者100例作為研究對(duì)象,分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,各50例,予以對(duì)照組常規(guī)護(hù)理,予以觀察組綜合護(hù)理,比較兩組的護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果觀察組護(hù)理后的Barthel指數(shù)評(píng)分、Harris評(píng)分均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論綜合護(hù)理措施運(yùn)用在腦出血偏癱病人護(hù)理中,能促使病人肢體早日康復(fù),并改善其生活質(zhì)量,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia. Methods from January 2013 to January 2016, 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the Barthel index scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after nursing care (P0.05). Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing measures in the nursing care of hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage can promote the early recovery of limbs and improve their quality of life, which is worth popularizing.
