【摘要】：目的:探討魚油脂肪乳對食管癌病人術后免疫功能的影響。方法:將77例食管癌病人隨機分為觀察組(治療中添加魚油脂肪乳,n=41)和對照組(常規(guī)治療,n=36),其他治療兩組相同。兩組病人于術前1 d、術后第1和第7天檢測血清免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、總淋巴細胞計數(TLC)和T細胞亞群水平(CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD4+/CD8+),并對兩組的結果數據進行比較。結果:術前1 d,兩組病人各指標均無顯著性差異。術后第1天,兩組病人各指標均較術前明顯降低;術后第7天,觀察組病人Ig G、Ig A、Ig M和TLC較對照組明顯升高(P0.05)。T細胞亞群中CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明顯高于對照組(P0.05),而抑制T細胞CD3+CD8+則無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結論:魚油脂肪乳可有效提高食管癌病人術后的免疫功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of fish oil fat emulsion on postoperative immune function in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: Seventy-seven patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (treated with fish oil) and the control group (control group). The other two groups were the same. On the 1st and 7th day after operation, the serum immunoglobulin (Ig) G G Ag Ig M, total lymphocyte count (TLC) and T cell subsets (CD3 CD3 CD4 CD 4 / CD 8) were measured in the two groups, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in each index between the two groups 1 day before operation. On the first day after operation, the indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation, and on the 7th day after operation, Compared with the control group, the levels of CD3 CD3 CD4 CD 4 / CD 8 in the Ig G G G M and TLC were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the suppression of T cell CD3 CD8 (P 0.05). Conclusion: fish oil fat emulsion can effectively improve the immune function of patients with esophageal cancer after operation.
