【摘要】：目的觀察循證護(hù)理在改善上肢骨折患者疼痛、心理狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量中的應(yīng)用。方法選取2014-02-2015-06我院就診的上肢骨折患者120例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組及對(duì)照組各60例,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予循證護(hù)理方法治療,記錄并分析治療后兩組患者的上肢骨折患者疼痛、心理狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量治療效果。結(jié)果觀察組患者治療后生理功能、社會(huì)功能、軀體疼痛、精神健康、總體健康值評(píng)分分別為(67.26±12.04、70.76±11.65、83.52±9.27、80.83±12.62和77.93±11.04),均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(58.08±12.43、59.42±10.97、63.09±6.29、71.05±11.47、64.93±10.6),且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。觀察組治療后第1天、第7天、出院前疼痛評(píng)分值分別為4.31±0.98、2.85±0.73和1.04±0.11,均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(5.72±1.42、4.05±0.82、2.76±0.73),且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論循證護(hù)理在改善上肢骨折患者疼痛、心理狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量中的療效肯定、確切,值得臨床進(jìn)一步研究和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the application of evidence-based nursing in improving pain, mental state and quality of life of patients with upper limb fracture. Methods 120 patients with upper limb fracture were selected from 2014-02-2015-06 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60). The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing method on the basis of the control group. The pain, psychological state and quality of life of the patients with upper limb fracture were recorded and analyzed. Results the scores of physiological function, social function, somatic pain, mental health and total health in the observation group were (67.26 鹵12.04 鹵70.76 鹵11.65,80.83 鹵12.62 and 77.93 鹵11.04) respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (58.08 鹵12.439.42 鹵10.93.42 鹵10.93.09 鹵6.294.05 鹵11.474.93 鹵10.6). The pain scores of the observation group were 4.31 鹵0.98 鹵2.85 鹵0.73 and 1.04 鹵0.11 on the 1st, 7th day after treatment, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (5.72 鹵1.42 鹵4.05 鹵0.822 鹵2.76 鹵0.73), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective in the improvement of pain, psychological status and quality of life of patients with upper limb fracture, and is worthy of further clinical study and application.
