【摘要】：目的了解中國(guó)獻(xiàn)血人群中單純皰疹病毒(HSV)的流行率、病毒載量及抗體檢出情況。方法構(gòu)建的實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR體系,檢測(cè)來(lái)自重慶、洛陽(yáng)、烏魯木齊、綿陽(yáng)和柳州等5個(gè)采供血機(jī)構(gòu)3 794(人)份獻(xiàn)血者血漿標(biāo)本的HSV DNA,并測(cè)定DNA陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本的病毒載量;同時(shí)隨機(jī)抽取其中292(人)份標(biāo)本用ELISA法檢測(cè)Ig G和Ig M抗體的感染情況。結(jié)果在本組獻(xiàn)血者人群中,發(fā)現(xiàn)43份HSV DNA反應(yīng)性標(biāo)本,占1.13%(43/3 794),5個(gè)采供血機(jī)構(gòu)的檢出率分別為重慶1.24%(20/1611)、洛陽(yáng)0(0/624)、烏魯木齊3.63%(14/413)、綿陽(yáng)1.88%(9/479)和柳州0(0/667);病毒載量(9.15×102-9.65×104)(中位數(shù)3.53×103)cp/m L。292份經(jīng)ELISA檢測(cè)的標(biāo)本中,Ig G抗體陽(yáng)性率16.44%(48/292),Ig M抗體陽(yáng)性率4.45%(13/292),Ig G、Ig M抗體雙陽(yáng)性率2.40%(7/292)。結(jié)論目前HSV在我國(guó)獻(xiàn)血人群中存在一定的流行率,但是檢測(cè)出的HSV DNA陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本的病毒載量較低;是否需要對(duì)特殊受血者做血液HSV檢測(cè)值得進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the prevalence, viral load and antibody detection of herpes simplex virus (HSV) in Chinese blood donors. Methods A real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR system was established to detect the HSV DNA in 3 794 blood donors from 5 blood donation institutions including Chongqing, Luoyang, Urumqi, Mianyang and Liuzhou, and to detect the disease of DNA positive samples. Results 43 HSV DNA reactive specimens (43/3 794) were found in this group of blood donors. The detection rates of 5 blood donors were 1.24% (20/1611) in Chongqing, 0 (0/624) in Luoyang, 3.63% (14/413) in Urumqi, 1.8% in Mianyang and 3.13% (14/413) in Urumqi, respectively. 8% (9/479) and Liuzhou 0 (0/667); viral load (9.15 *102-9.65 *104) (median 3.53 *103) cp/m L.292 samples tested by ELISA, the positive rate of Ig G antibody was 16.44% (48/292), the positive rate of Ig M antibody was 4.45% (13/292), the double positive rate of Ig G and Ig M antibody was 2.40% (7/292). Conclusion There was a certain prevalence of HSV in Chinese blood donors at present. The viral load of HSV DNA positive specimens was low, and whether it was necessary to detect HSV in blood of special recipients should be further explored.
