【摘要】：目的探討乳腺黏液腺癌(MBC)的超聲表現(xiàn)及其與病理特征的關系。方法回顧性分析我院37例經手術病理證實為MBC的聲像圖,分析MBC的超聲表現(xiàn)與病理特征的關系。結果 (1)37例MBC中,單純型19例,混合型18例,混合型全部是MBC與浸潤性導管癌同時存在,其中MBC所占比例范圍為2%~98%。(2)78.4%的MBC腫塊超聲表現(xiàn)為邊界清,43.2%的腫塊形態(tài)欠規(guī)則,8.1%的腫塊縱橫比≥1,51.4%的腫塊內部回聲不均勻,21.6%的腫塊內部可見無回聲區(qū)(或液化區(qū)),24.3%的腫塊內部可見點狀鈣化,75.7%的腫塊后方回聲增強,62.2%的腫塊內部無明顯血流信號,13.5%的腫塊出現(xiàn)腋下淋巴結轉移。(3)乳腺單純型MBC與混合型超聲聲像圖比較,除邊界(χ2=6.741,P=0.019)外,其余超聲表現(xiàn)均無明顯差異(P0.05)。結論MBC因所含組織成分的不同,超聲表現(xiàn)有所差異,但因其含有黏液,超聲聲像圖常常表現(xiàn)為乳腺腫塊內部回聲欠均勻、后方回聲增強、血流信號不明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the (MBC) findings of breast mucinous adenocarcinoma and its relationship with pathological features. Methods 37 cases of MBC confirmed by operation and pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between ultrasound findings and pathological features of MBC was analyzed. Results (1) among 37 cases of MBC, 19 cases were simple type, 18 cases were mixed type. All mixed type were MBC and invasive ductal carcinoma. (2) in 78.4% of MBC masses, 43.2% of the masses were irregular in shape and 8.1% in the aspect ratio of the masses. There were 21.6% of the masses with non-echoic areas (or liquefaction areas) in the masses with non-echoic areas (or liquefaction areas) in 21.6% of the masses. (2) the sonographic manifestations of the masses were as follows: 43.2% of the masses with boundary clearance, 43.2% of the masses with irregular shape and 8.1% of the masses with a aspect ratio of 鈮，
