【摘要】：目的針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù)腦卒中后抑郁癥患者的臨床療效。方法選取2016年哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第四醫(yī)院收治的腦卒中后抑郁癥患者92例,隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)組和干預(yù)組,每組46例。對(duì)照組患者給予神經(jīng)內(nèi)科常規(guī)護(hù)理,干預(yù)組患者在對(duì)照組護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上給予針對(duì)性護(hù)理,護(hù)理1個(gè)月后評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者臨床療效。比較兩組患者護(hù)理前后焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)評(píng)分、漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)評(píng)分、Fugl-Meyer運(yùn)動(dòng)量表(FMA)評(píng)分及Barther指數(shù)(BI)評(píng)分。結(jié)果護(hù)理前兩組患者SAS評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);護(hù)理后干預(yù)組患者SAS評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分低于常規(guī)組(P0.05)。護(hù)理前兩組患者FMA評(píng)分和BI評(píng)分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);護(hù)理后干預(yù)組患者FMA評(píng)分和BI評(píng)分高于常規(guī)組(P0.05)。結(jié)論針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù)有助于改善腦卒中后抑郁癥患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒,提高患者的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能和生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with post-stroke depression. Methods Ninety-two patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group with 46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing in the department of neurology, and the patients in the intervention group were given targeted nursing on the basis of the nursing in the control group. After one month of nursing care, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. The (SAS) score, (HAMD) score of Hamilton Depression scale and (FMA) score of Fugl-Meyer exercise scale and (BI) score of Barther index were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results there was no significant difference in the SAS score and Hamd score between the two groups before nursing (P0.05), while the SAS score in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in FMA score and BI score between the two groups before nursing (P0.05); the FMA score and BI score in the post-nursing intervention group were higher than those in the routine group (P0.05). Conclusion the targeted nursing intervention can improve the anxiety and depression mood of the patients with post-stroke depression and improve their motor function and quality of life.
