護士患者安全文化認知及專業(yè)實踐環(huán)境調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的了解護士對患者安全文化的認知及專業(yè)實踐環(huán)境狀況,分析影響因素,為改進護理工作環(huán)境和加強患者安全文化建設提供參考。方法漢化患者安全文化量表及專業(yè)實踐環(huán)境量表,對744名臨床護士進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果患者安全文化認知12個維度條目均分(3.27±0.54)~(4.52±0.37)分,同意率72.93%,得分最高和最低的維度分別為對錯誤的非懲罰反應、人員配置;專業(yè)實踐環(huán)境8個維度條目均分(2.34±0.62)~(3.25±0.45)分;護理實踐環(huán)境、護士工作滿意度及護士職稱是患者安全文化認知的影響因素(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論護理實踐環(huán)境得分越高、工作滿意度及職稱越高的護士患者安全文化認知越好。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand nurses' cognition and professional practice environment of patient safety culture, analyze the influencing factors, and provide reference for improving nursing work environment and strengthening patient safety culture construction. Methods 744 clinical nurses were investigated by Chinese Safety Culture scale and Professional practice Environment scale. Results the average scores of 12 dimensions of safety culture cognition were (3.27 鹵0.54) ~ (4.52 鹵0.37), the consent rate was 72.93, the highest and lowest dimensions were non-punitive response to errors and staffing, the average scores of eight dimensions of professional practice environment were (2.34 鹵0.62) ~ (3.25 鹵0.45), nursing practice environment, and nursing practice environment. Job satisfaction and job title of nurses were the influencing factors of patients' safety culture cognition (P0.05 / P0.01). Conclusion the higher the score of nursing practice environment, the better the safety culture cognition of nurses with higher job satisfaction and job title.
