【摘要】：目的調(diào)查乳腺癌術(shù)后輔助治療患者的心理現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為更好地對(duì)乳腺癌患者進(jìn)行心理護(hù)理、提高生活質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)心理痛苦溫度計(jì)(distress thermometer,DT)對(duì)四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院腫瘤中心行乳腺癌術(shù)后輔助治療患者的心理狀況進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。采用χ2檢驗(yàn)分析乳腺癌患者心理痛苦(DT≥4分)與人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征(分類變量)、臨床特征及問(wèn)題列表中各條目的關(guān)系,t檢驗(yàn)分析乳腺癌患者心理痛苦(DT≥4分)與年齡(連續(xù)變量)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷207份,回收有效問(wèn)卷196份(94.7%)。107例(54.6%)患者DT≥4分,22例(11.2%)患者DT≥7分。在DT的問(wèn)題列表上,乳腺癌患者描述的各類問(wèn)題頻率有16個(gè)條目超過(guò)30%。影響因素分析:與問(wèn)題列表中4個(gè)問(wèn)題版塊39個(gè)條目中的14個(gè)條目相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論超過(guò)一半的乳腺癌術(shù)后輔助治療患者存在心理痛苦。乳腺癌術(shù)后給女性患者造成的心理痛苦來(lái)源于現(xiàn)實(shí)、家庭、情緒、身體等多個(gè)方面。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的心理護(hù)理、及時(shí)用DT篩查識(shí)別患者的心理痛苦并幫助患者解決與心理痛苦有關(guān)的問(wèn)題,提高乳腺癌患者的生活質(zhì)量。
