2011—2013年貴州省腫瘤醫(yī)院常見多重耐藥菌分析

【摘要】:目的了解某腫瘤醫(yī)院多重耐藥菌(MDRO)的分布情況,為醫(yī)院感染防控提供依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析貴州省腫瘤醫(yī)院2011—2013年臨床送檢標本中分離的MDRO監(jiān)測資料。結(jié)果 2011—2013年共檢出1 165株MDRO,產(chǎn)超廣譜β-內(nèi)酰胺酶(ESBLs)大腸埃希菌檢出最多(626株,占53.73%),其次為耐甲氧西林凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)(209株,占17.94%);各年檢出MDRO數(shù)量呈遞增趨勢。MDRO標本來源以痰/咽拭子(346株,占29.70%)、分泌物(322株,27.64%)及尿(227株,19.48%)為主;檢出科室主要為重癥監(jiān)護病房(ICU)(210株,占18.03%),其次為泌尿外科(173株,占14.85%)。結(jié)論該腫瘤醫(yī)院患者分離的MDRO主要來源于呼吸道、傷口分泌物及泌尿系統(tǒng),應加強對高?剖壹耙赘腥巳旱谋O(jiān)控,制定有針對性預防控制措施,遏制MDRO的感染和傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of multidrug resistant bacteria (MDRO) in a tumor hospital and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods the MDRO monitoring data from clinical samples collected from Guizhou Cancer Hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1 165 strains of MDRO-producing extended-spectrum 尾 -lactamase (ESBLs) were detected most (626 strains, 53.73%), followed by methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococcus (MRCNS) (209 strains. The number of MDRO detected in each year showed an increasing trend. Sputum / pharyngeal swabs (346 strains, 29.70%), secretions (322 strains, 27.64%) and urine (227 strains, 19.48%) were the main sources of MDRO in each year, and (ICU) (210 strains (18.03%) were mainly detected in intensive care units, followed by urology (173 strains, 14.85%). Conclusion the MDRO isolated from patients in this tumor hospital mainly comes from respiratory tract, wound secretion and urinary system. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of high risk departments and susceptible population, to formulate targeted prevention and control measures, and to curb the infection and transmission of MDRO.
