【摘要】：目的:分析68例骨科壓瘡護理不良事件發(fā)生的特點,制定并實施相應(yīng)的護理對策。方法:回顧性分析68例骨科壓瘡護理不良事件,分析壓瘡發(fā)生的原因,找出共性原因,提出針對性的護理對策,為臨床骨科壓瘡預(yù)防提供風(fēng)險預(yù)警,減少護理不良事件的發(fā)生。結(jié)果:壓瘡護理不良事件發(fā)生部位:骶尾部29例,臀部18例,足跟部17例,其他部位4例;科室分布:四肢創(chuàng)傷科28例,脊柱脊髓科13例,骨關(guān)節(jié)科12例,骨手顯微外科11例,康復(fù)科4例。壓瘡發(fā)生的高危時間段是入院時間≤3 d、夜間。壓瘡評估高度危險患者(Braden評分≤12分)是防范壓瘡的重點人群,Braden評分13~18分(提示輕度、中度危險)患者同樣需要加強預(yù)防干預(yù)措施。結(jié)論:重視對護理不良事件的分析討論,加強重點患者、重點部位、重點時間段、重點護士的管理,減少骨科壓瘡護理不良事件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the characteristics of 68 cases of orthopedic pressure sore nursing adverse events, and to formulate and implement the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods: 68 cases of nursing adverse events in orthopedic department were analyzed retrospectively, the causes of pressure sores were analyzed, the common causes were found out, and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were put forward, so as to provide early warning for the prevention of orthopedic sores and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events. Results: there were 29 cases of sacrococcyx, 18 cases of buttocks, 17 cases of heel, 4 cases of other parts, and 28 cases of limbs trauma, 13 cases of spine and spinal cord, 12 cases of orthopedics, 11 cases of bone and hand microsurgery. 4 cases in rehabilitation department.
