葡萄糖對銅綠假單胞菌生物膜形成能力的影響

【摘要】:目的探索不同濃度的葡萄糖對銅綠假單胞菌生物膜形成能力的影響。方法用含有不同葡萄糖濃度的胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯培養(yǎng)銅綠假單胞菌,測定其570 nm處光密度,通過函數(shù)Linest進行線性回歸擬合,用激光掃描共聚焦顯微鏡(CLSM)觀察不同濃度葡萄糖培養(yǎng)銅綠假單胞菌生物膜的形成過程及厚度。結(jié)果 22株細菌不同濃度葡萄糖的A_(570)擬合直線的斜率均大于0,其中4株菌上升趨勢明顯。與無糖組及低濃度葡萄糖組相比,當葡萄糖濃度≥11.1mmol·L~(-1)時,生物膜成熟速度加快、成熟時間減少、粘附能力增強、厚度增加(P0.05)。結(jié)論葡萄糖濃度≥11.1 mmol·L~(-1)時對銅綠假單胞菌生物膜形成有明顯的誘導(dǎo)作用,并且隨葡萄糖濃度的升高,誘導(dǎo)作用增強。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of glucose concentration on biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Pseudomonas aeruginosa was cultured in soybean broth containing different glucose concentrations. The optical density at 570Nm was determined and linear regression fitting was carried out by functional Linest. The formation process and thickness of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm cultured with different concentrations of glucose were observed by laser scanning confocal microscope (CLSM).
