【摘要】：較之海外疼痛學(xué)科的迅速發(fā)展,中國疼痛治療還處于起步階段,國內(nèi)目前倡導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)代疼痛治療模式具有合理性和一定的局限性。探索出一條更適合繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)中醫(yī)特色,更適應(yīng)中國國情的疼痛診療模式,對于身處第三世界的中國,是較為理想的選擇。中國式疼痛治療模式的探索,是在最大限度繼承和發(fā)展中醫(yī)外治技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,有選擇地引進(jìn)西醫(yī)微創(chuàng)和手術(shù)技術(shù),完善中醫(yī)療效之不足,降低患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),并試圖規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化、規(guī)模化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化該模式,以助中國疼痛事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Compared with the rapid development of overseas pain discipline, the treatment of pain in China is still in its infancy. The modern pain treatment model advocated at home is reasonable and limited. It is better to explore a more suitable mode of pain diagnosis which is more suitable to inherit and develop traditional Chinese medicine and adapt to the national conditions of China. It is more suitable for China in the third world. For the ideal choice. The exploration of Chinese style pain treatment mode is to introduce western medicine minimally invasive and surgical techniques on the basis of maximum inheritance and development of TCM external treatment technology, improve the deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the economic burden of the patients, and try to standardize, scientific, scale and industrialization in order to help China hurt. The healthy development of pain cause.
