【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者的追蹤檢測(cè),為建立獻(xiàn)血者屏蔽和歸隊(duì)策略提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)血篩HBs Ag、梅毒抗體ELISA及HBV NAT不合格獻(xiàn)血者屏蔽8周后追蹤采樣,同時(shí)進(jìn)行ELISA雙試劑、NAT和相應(yīng)補(bǔ)充、確證試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果共追蹤到獻(xiàn)血者61人。追蹤檢測(cè)結(jié)果:17名HBs Ag陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者中,雙試劑陽(yáng)性8名:HBs Ag、NAT、抗-HBc和中和試驗(yàn)均陽(yáng)性6人;HBs Ag、NAT和中和試驗(yàn)均陽(yáng)性1人;HBs Ag和NAT陽(yáng)性1人。單試劑陽(yáng)性7名:HBs Ag和抗-HBc陽(yáng)性2人;單獨(dú)HBs Ag陽(yáng)性5人。單試劑灰區(qū)2名:都是單獨(dú)抗-HBc陽(yáng)性。21名梅毒抗體陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者中13人ELISA陽(yáng)性,其中4人TPPA確證陽(yáng)性,2人TPPA不確定;另外8人ELISA陰性。23名ELISA陰性NAT陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者中,HBs Ag和NAT均陽(yáng)性2人,單獨(dú)NAT陽(yáng)性6人,HBs Ag和NAT均陰性15人。結(jié)論針對(duì)不同情況的獻(xiàn)血者應(yīng)制定不同的屏蔽策略;同時(shí)可以通過(guò)對(duì)受屏蔽獻(xiàn)血者的追蹤檢測(cè),制定科學(xué)合理的歸隊(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide evidence for establishing screening and return strategy of blood donors by tracing and testing positive blood donors. Methods the blood sieve HBs Ag, syphilis antibody ELISA and HBV NAT unqualified blood donors were screened for 8 weeks, then the samples were followed up, and ELISA double reagents, Nat and corresponding supplementation were carried out to confirm the test. Results A total of 61 blood donors were found. The results were as follows: among 17 HBs Ag positive blood donors, 8 were positive for HBs Agnat, 6 were positive for anti-HBc and neutralization test, 1 was positive for HBs Ag and 1 for neutralization test. 7 cases were positive for HBs Ag and 2 cases were positive for anti-HBc, and 5 cases were positive for HBs Ag alone. In the single reagent gray area, 13 were ELISA positive, 4 were confirmed positive by TPPA, and 2 were TPPA, among the 21 blood donors who were positive for anti-HBc and 21 positive for syphilis antibody. In the other 8 ELISA negative, 23 ELISA negative NAT positive blood donors, both HBs Ag and NAT were positive in 2 cases, and NAT positive 6 cases were negative for HBs Ag and NAT in 15 cases. Conclusion different screening strategies should be made for blood donors under different conditions and a scientific and reasonable strategy for returning blood donors can be made by tracing and testing the blood donors.
