【摘要】：目的探討口腔頜面外科手術(shù)患者術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)采用冰袋冰敷后皮膚的溫度,明確每次冰敷持續(xù)和間斷的時(shí)間,為臨床護(hù)理工作提供有效的依據(jù)。方法對符合條件的頜面部手術(shù)術(shù)后40例患者立即進(jìn)行冰袋冷敷,時(shí)間0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 h,采用非接觸紅外額溫度計(jì)監(jiān)測冰敷局部皮膚的溫度。結(jié)果冰敷后患者術(shù)區(qū)皮膚溫度有所下降,但維持在30℃以上;隨著時(shí)間的延長,皮膚溫度有上升的趨勢。結(jié)論每次冰敷持續(xù)時(shí)間可以適當(dāng)延長,必要時(shí)可以24 h不間斷進(jìn)行冰敷,只需每隔1~2 h更換冰袋。
