【摘要】：目的探討產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院感染臨床特點及病原菌種類、分布及耐藥性,為產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院感染的預(yù)防治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析2014年5月-2015年5月于醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科分娩的1 850例產(chǎn)婦臨床資料,記錄醫(yī)院感染率、感染部位、病原菌構(gòu)成及其耐藥性,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 19.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 1 850例產(chǎn)婦發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染31例,感染率1.7%;醫(yī)院感染部位主要為上呼吸道,11例占35.5%;共分離出47株病原菌,以革蘭陰性菌為主,共21株占44.7%,其次革蘭陽性菌18株占38.3%,真菌8株占17.0%;革蘭陰性菌對亞胺培南、美羅培南、環(huán)丙沙星耐藥率較低,均25.0%;對其余抗菌藥物均呈較高耐藥率均50.0%。結(jié)論革蘭陰性菌是產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院感染病原菌的優(yōu)勢菌,掌握產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院感染特點及病原菌耐藥特征,并制定相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施,對提高產(chǎn)婦和新生兒預(yù)后具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics, distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial infection in obstetrical department, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of nosocomial infection in obstetrics. Methods the clinical data of 1 850 parturients delivered in hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The nosocomial infection rate, infection site, pathogenic bacteria composition and drug resistance were recorded. SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results 31 cases of nosocomial infection occurred in 1 850 cases of parturient, the infection rate was 1.7%, 11 cases of nosocomial infection occurred mainly in upper respiratory tract and 35. 5%, 47 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, mainly Gram-negative bacteria. A total of 21 strains accounted for 44.7 strains, followed by 18 Gram-positive bacteria (38.3%) and 8 fungi (17.0%); Gram-negative bacteria showed lower resistance to imipenem, meropenem and ciprofloxacin (25.0%); Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria are the dominant bacteria in obstetrical nosocomial infection. Mastering the characteristics of obstetrical nosocomial infection and drug resistance of pathogens, and formulating corresponding intervention measures, play an important role in improving the prognosis of parturient and newborn.
