南京市機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)水平及影響因素的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:[目的]1.了解南京市機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀,專業(yè)知識認(rèn)知程度及需求。2.分析影響因素,為地區(qū)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)提供參考依據(jù)。[方法]1.查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合開放式訪談,形成《南京市機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)水平測評問卷》初稿。2.選取與本研究相關(guān)的12名養(yǎng)老專業(yè)專家,經(jīng)過兩輪德爾菲法專家函詢,對問卷進(jìn)行修改,完善。3.便利抽取南京市養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)中660名養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。4.利用調(diào)查結(jié)果對調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行信效度檢測,確定調(diào)查表可用于后續(xù)分析。5.采用表格錄入數(shù)據(jù),spssl7.0對所獲得的資料進(jìn)行分析,主要分析方法包括描述性統(tǒng)計分析、方差分析。[結(jié)果]1.本次調(diào)查的600名機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員基本情況:本次調(diào)查600名養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員以女性為主(90.17%),年齡40-55歲居多(55.16%),學(xué)歷初中以下(67.16%),工資水平中等2000-3500(58.16%);在專業(yè)知識獲得方面,大多是養(yǎng)老員之間經(jīng)驗交流,幫帶學(xué)習(xí),培訓(xùn)時間短,其中81.47%的養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員所獲得培訓(xùn)專業(yè)知識時間小于三個月,其中74.68%的養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員覺得現(xiàn)有理論和技能不能完全滿足被照顧老人的養(yǎng)老需求。2.專業(yè)知識得分情況:養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)知識測評滿分為48分,本次調(diào)查養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)知識總得分為(21.958±3.669);專業(yè)技能分問卷總分(12.830±2.238)高于理論知識分問卷總分(9.129±2.139)。從總問卷來看,得分最高的維度是清潔衛(wèi)生(2.730±0.684),其次是排泄照料(2.600±0.696),得分較低的兩個維度為道德法律(1.090±0.604),觀察記錄(1.120±0.656)。3.影響因素:人口學(xué)基本資料中性別及年齡對養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員理論知識分問卷,專業(yè)技能分問卷,總問卷的影響不存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不同護(hù)齡在理論知識分問卷,專業(yè)技能分問卷,總問卷得分上差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)護(hù)齡越高,在分問卷及總問卷得分越高。不同培訓(xùn)時間及培訓(xùn)方式在理論知識分問卷,專業(yè)技能分問卷,總問卷得分上差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。培訓(xùn)時間越長,培訓(xùn)方式越多在分問卷及總問卷得分越高。不同聘用方式在理論知識分問卷,專業(yè)技能分問卷,總問卷得分上差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。正式編制員工在分問卷及總問卷得分高于合同工和臨時工。不同月薪養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員在理論知識分問卷,專業(yè)技能分問卷,總問卷得分上差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。月薪越高的養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員在分問卷及總問卷得分越高。4.認(rèn)知需求情況:養(yǎng)老護(hù)理人員養(yǎng)老護(hù)理相關(guān)知識需求總分(37.594±1.984)高于專業(yè)測評總分(21.958±3.669)。其中需求最高的知識維度是疾病護(hù)理知識(3.93±0.73);需求最低的知識維度是道德法律(2.04±0.66)。[結(jié)論]1.南京市機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員年齡層次偏大,女性占主要部分,收入水平中等,專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)時間短,方式單一。2.養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員專業(yè)化水平較低,專業(yè)技能得分高于理論知識得分。護(hù)齡,月薪,聘用方式,培訓(xùn)時間及方式是影響專業(yè)化進(jìn)程的因素。3.養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員對專業(yè)知識總體學(xué)習(xí)需求強烈,不同維度知識的學(xué)習(xí)意愿不同。
