【摘要】：目的探討晚期癌癥患者家庭主要照顧者(PFCs)的壓力負荷程度及其影響因素。方法對522例晚期癌癥患者及PFCs采用人口學(xué)問卷調(diào)查一般信息,改良的巴氏指數(shù)評定量表評定患者日常生活活動,照顧者反應(yīng)評估量表(CRA)中文修訂版調(diào)查PFCs的壓力負荷,并分析PFCs的壓力負荷及其影響因素。結(jié)果 PFCs照顧負荷由高到低依次為自尊維度、經(jīng)濟負荷、健康與時間負荷及缺乏家庭支持。多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,患者的治療方式和生活自理能力,PFCs與患者的關(guān)系、持續(xù)照顧時間,以及PFCs家庭收入和文化程度等為PFCs照顧負荷的主要影響因素。結(jié)論晚期住院癌癥患者的PFCs壓力負荷及影響因素值得關(guān)注,需要采取必要的干預(yù)措施,建立有效的社會支持系統(tǒng),以緩解PFCs壓力負荷,提高晚期癌癥患者及PFCs生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the degree of stress load and its influencing factors in family primary caregivers (PFCs) of patients with advanced cancer. Methods 522 patients with advanced cancer and PFCs were investigated with general information of demographic questionnaire, modified pasteurian index rating scale and Chinese revised Chinese version of carer response assessment scale (CRA) to assess the daily life activities of patients. The Chinese version of CRA was used to investigate the pressure load of PFCs. The pressure load of PFCs and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results the order of care load of PFCs from high to low was self-esteem, economic load, health and time load and lack of family support. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the relationship between PFCs and patients, the duration of continuous care, the family income and education level of PFCs were the main factors influencing the care load of PFCs. Conclusion the pressure load of PFCs and its influencing factors in patients with advanced cancer should be paid attention to. It is necessary to take necessary intervention measures to establish an effective social support system in order to alleviate the pressure load of PFCs and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer and PFCs.
