【摘要】：目的孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫離患者行玻璃體切割加氣體填充術(shù)后的護理一般采用面朝下體位,文中探討靈活體位護理與傳統(tǒng)體位護理的效果,以便提升患者舒適度,幫助患者康復。方法選擇南京軍區(qū)南京總醫(yī)院眼科2015年1~12月行玻璃體切割加長效氣體填充術(shù)的孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫離患者120例,其中60例術(shù)后采取面朝下體位護理,60例采取靈活體位護理。觀察兩組患者術(shù)后視網(wǎng)膜解剖學復位率。結(jié)果面朝下體位組與靈活體位組視網(wǎng)膜解剖學復位率分別為88.33%和100%;患者體位滿意度比較,靈活體位組患者滿意度(100%)高于傳統(tǒng)體位患者滿意度(41.67%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論靈活體位護理對于孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫離患者行玻璃體切割加長效氣體填充術(shù)是安全有效的,患者術(shù)后可采用更為舒適的靈活護理體位提升舒適度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of flexible posture nursing and traditional posture nursing in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after vitrectomy and gas filling. Methods 120 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment underwent vitrectomy and long-acting gas filling in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing military region from January to December 2015. Among them, 60 cases were treated with face down position nursing and 60 cases with flexible posture nursing. The rate of retinal anatomical reattachment after operation was observed in both groups. Results the rate of retinal anatomical reattachment in face down position group and flexible position group was 88.33% and 100, respectively, and the satisfaction degree of flexible position group (100%) was higher than that of traditional position group (41.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion flexible posture nursing is safe and effective for patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by vitrectomy and long-acting gas filling.
