廣東省健康人群血液中34種金屬元素含量及年齡差異分析

【摘要】:目的分析廣東省不同年齡健康人群血液中34種金屬元素[鋰(Li)、鈹(Be)、硼(B)、鎂(Mg)、鋁(Al)、鈣(Ca)、鈦(Ti)、釩(V)、鉻(Cr)、錳(Mn)、鐵(Fe)、鈷(Co)、鎳(Ni)、銅(Cu)、鋅(Zn)、鎵(Ga)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、銣(Rb)、鍶(Sr)、鋯(Zr)、鉬(Mo)、銀(Ag)、鎘(Cd)、錫(Sn)、銻(Sb)、銫(Cs)、鋇(Ba)、金(Au)、汞(Hg)、鉈(Tl)、鉛(Pb)、釷(Th)、鈾(U)]的含量水平,為評價廣東省人群體內(nèi)金屬元素狀況和指導(dǎo)微量元素的補(bǔ)充提供依據(jù)。方法采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)對315例健康人血液進(jìn)行檢測,并對元素含量進(jìn)行年齡差異分析。結(jié)果所測34種元素的線性關(guān)系均良好(相關(guān)系數(shù)r0.999 2),方法的檢出限為0.001~49.33μg/L,相對誤差為0%~11.17%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.76%~9.54%,其中有B、Mg、Ca、Ti、Fe、Cu、Zn、Se、Rb、Sr、Mo、Ag、Cd、Cs、Au、Hg、Pb、U共18種元素含量年齡差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 ICP-MS法可行、有效,適用于血液樣品中多元素ICP-MS的同時分析。部分金屬元素含量因年齡有所不同,要根據(jù)不同年齡段的需求來合理控制元素的補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze 34 kinds of metal elements [Li (Li), beryllium (be), boron (B), magnesium (mg), aluminum (Al), calcium (Ca), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), manganese (mn), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), gallium (Ga), arsenic (As), selenium (se), rubidium (RB), strontium (Sr), zirconium (Zr), molybdenum (Mo), silver in Guangdong Province. (Ag), cadmium (CD), tin (Sn), antimony (SB), cesium (Cs), barium (Ba), gold (Au), mercury (Hg), thallium (TL), lead (Pb), thorium (Th), uranium (U)], To evaluate the status of metal elements in Guangdong Province and guide the supplementation of trace elements to provide the basis. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the contents of elements in 315 healthy subjects. Results the linear relationship of the 34 elements measured was good (correlation coefficient r 0.999 2). The detection limit of the method was 0.001 渭 g / L 49.33 渭 g / L, the relative error was 0 ~ 11.17 and the relative standard deviation was 0.769.54. Among them, there were significant differences in the content of 18 elements in the co-species. Conclusion the method of ICP-MS is feasible and effective. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of multielement ICP-MS in blood samples. The content of some metal elements varies with age, so it is necessary to control the supplement of elements according to the needs of different ages.
