【摘要】：目的總結(jié)催眠鎮(zhèn)痛的臨床應(yīng)用及相關(guān)神經(jīng)生物學(xué)機(jī)制研究,為進(jìn)一步探索催眠鎮(zhèn)痛的生物學(xué)機(jī)制指明方向。方法在Pubmed、Elsevier、Springerlink、google學(xué)術(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,以"hypno*" 、"pain" 、"Neuroimaging" 、"electroencephalogram(EEG)"等為關(guān)鍵詞查詢相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果催眠能有效緩解急慢性疼痛,減輕疼痛伴隨的軀體不適及不良情緒。臨床上催眠被廣泛用于手術(shù)或臨床有創(chuàng)操作的鎮(zhèn)痛及治療癌性疼痛,近些年來(lái)也被用于也被用于放射介入過(guò)程中的鎮(zhèn)痛。其神經(jīng)影像學(xué)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)催眠鎮(zhèn)痛可能與疼痛相關(guān)腦區(qū)和扣帶回的調(diào)節(jié)功能有關(guān),腦電圖研究顯示催眠鎮(zhèn)痛與注意力高度集中、情緒處理、認(rèn)知改善有關(guān)。結(jié)論催眠鎮(zhèn)痛的神經(jīng)生物學(xué)機(jī)制研究國(guó)外已做出初步探索,其臨床應(yīng)用在國(guó)內(nèi)需進(jìn)一步推廣,其作用機(jī)制目前仍缺乏一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的理論,有待進(jìn)一步探索。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical application and neurobiological mechanism of hypnotic analgesia, and point out the direction of further exploring the biological mechanism of hypnotic analgesia. Methods in Pubmedus Elsevier Spring link Google academic database, "hypnol *", "pain", "Neuroimaging" and "electroencephalogram" were selected as keywords to review the relevant literatures. Results hypnosis can effectively relieve acute and chronic pain, pain associated with physical discomfort and bad mood. Hypnosis is widely used in surgical or clinical invasive analgesia and in the treatment of cancerous pain. In recent years, hypnosis has also been used in radio-interventional analgesia. The neuroimaging study found that hypnotic analgesia may be related to the regulatory function of pain related brain area and cingulate gyrus. Electroencephalogram showed that hypnotic analgesia was related to high concentration of attention emotional processing and cognitive improvement. Conclusion the neurobiological mechanism of hypnotic analgesia has been preliminarily explored abroad, and its clinical application needs to be further promoted in China. The mechanism of hypnotic analgesia still lacks a systematic theory and needs further exploration.
