【摘要】：為探討人文護理在內(nèi)分泌護理中的作用,選取2014年6月至2015年10月我院收治的120例接受治療的內(nèi)分泌疾病患者,按照隨機數(shù)字的方法分為兩組,每組60人。調(diào)查所有患者治療期間和治療后的護理的滿意程度(不滿意、滿意及非常滿意)、住院時間、心理狀態(tài)評分及基礎(chǔ)護理落實率�？倽M意率=(滿意+非常滿意)/總?cè)藬?shù)×100%。實驗組患者總滿意率為91.67%,對照組患者的總滿意率為78.34%;其中十分滿意比例以及總滿意率水平比對照組高,而實驗組患者的不滿意比例較對照組低,比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。同時實驗組患者的住院時間、心理狀態(tài)評分和基礎(chǔ)護理落實率值均比對照組高,比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。研究結(jié)果表明人文護理可以顯著提高內(nèi)分泌患者護理滿意率,降低患者住院時間,同時通過呵護病人,減少其心理恐懼。因此,臨床上應(yīng)大力推廣人文護理在內(nèi)分泌護理中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the role of humanistic nursing in endocrine nursing, 120 patients with endocrine diseases treated in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2015 were divided into two groups, 60 in each group. The degree of satisfaction (unsatisfactory, satisfactory and very satisfactory), the length of stay, the score of mental state and the rate of implementation of basic nursing care were investigated in all patients during and after treatment. Total satisfaction rate = (very satisfactory) / total number x 100. The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 91.67 and the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 78.34, in which the very satisfactory rate and the total satisfaction rate were higher than those of the control group, while the unsatisfactory rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (p0.05). At the same time, the hospitalization time, psychological status score and the implementation rate of basic nursing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p0.05). The results showed that humanistic nursing could significantly improve the satisfaction rate of endocrine patients, reduce the hospitalization time of patients, and reduce their psychological fear by caring for the patients. Therefore, the application of humanistic nursing in endocrine nursing should be popularized in clinic.
