【摘要】：正癌癥患者因疾病及治療常引起多種癥狀同時(shí)存在。研究表明,癥狀以群集的形式存在對(duì)患者的影響具有協(xié)同效應(yīng),會(huì)更大程度地降低患者的功能狀態(tài)及生活質(zhì)量。Dodd等于2001年首次提出了癥狀群的概念,其后Kim等于2005年將癥狀群重新界定為2個(gè)或2個(gè)以上同時(shí)發(fā)生且相互關(guān)聯(lián)較為穩(wěn)定的癥狀組成,且一個(gè)癥狀群的存在獨(dú)立于其他癥狀群[1-2]。
[Abstract]:Patients with positive cancer often cause multiple symptoms due to disease and treatment. Studies have shown that the presence of symptoms in the form of clusters has synergistic effects on patients, which can significantly reduce patients' functional status and quality of life. Dodd was the first to put forward the concept of symptom group in 2001. In 2005, Kim redefined the symptom group as two or more syndromes that occurred at the same time and were relatively stable, and the existence of one symptom group was independent of other symptom groups [1-2].
