【摘要】：目的探討SBAR模式轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)交接單在危重患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2015年3月-2016年1月200例我院轉(zhuǎn)入或轉(zhuǎn)出ICU的患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分組,以住院號(hào)末位數(shù)是單數(shù)為觀察組,雙數(shù)為對(duì)照組。觀察組采用SBAR模式轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)交接記錄單,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)交接。比較兩組護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生率、護(hù)士交班問(wèn)題發(fā)生率、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)交接時(shí)間、交接滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生10例、交接問(wèn)題不清發(fā)生3例,分別優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的25、10例,滿意度95%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的83%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組平均交接所需時(shí)間(16.71±2.10)min,觀察組平均交接所需時(shí)間(12.04±3.63)min,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論運(yùn)用SBAR模式轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)交接記錄單規(guī)范危重癥患者的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)交接流程,減少不良事件、護(hù)理問(wèn)題的發(fā)生,提高護(hù)理人員工作效率及交接雙方滿意度,保障了患者安全,提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of SBAR transfer in hospital transport of critically ill patients. Methods 200 patients in ICU from March 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group with odd number at the end of hospitalization and the control group with even number. SBAR transfer record was used in the observation group and the traditional transfer was used in the control group. The incidence of adverse events, the rate of shift problem, the time of transfer and the satisfaction of handover were compared between the two groups. Results there were 10 cases of adverse events and 3 cases of unclear handover in the observation group, which were superior to 2510 cases in the control group, and the satisfaction degree was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (833%) (P0.05). The average handover time of the control group was (16.71 鹵2.10) min, while that of the observation group was (12.04 鹵3.63) min. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion SBAR model is used to standardize the transfer process of critically ill patients, to reduce adverse events and nursing problems, to improve the working efficiency of nursing staff and the satisfaction of both sides of handover, and to ensure the safety of patients. Improve the quality of nursing care.
