【摘要】：目的評價護(hù)理品管圈活動降低急診留觀患者風(fēng)險因素的效果。方法通過開展護(hù)理品管圈活動,確定活動主題,把握留觀患者風(fēng)險現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)定目標(biāo),分析導(dǎo)致留觀患者現(xiàn)存風(fēng)險問題的因素,找出其中真正的原因,制定并實(shí)施對策。結(jié)果品管圈活動后,急診留觀患者主要風(fēng)險因素——突發(fā)搶救事件得到明顯改善(P0.05),留觀患者風(fēng)險發(fā)生率從改善前0.41%降至改善后的0.14%(P0.05),品管圈成員綜合素質(zhì)自我評價提高(P0.001)。結(jié)論通過開展品管圈活動能有效降低留觀患者風(fēng)險發(fā)生率,提高護(hù)士綜合素質(zhì),有利于護(hù)理質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of nursing quality control circle activity on reducing risk factors of emergency patients. Methods through the activities of nursing quality management circle, the theme of the activity was determined, the present risk situation of the patients was grasped, the target was set, the factors leading to the existing risk problems of the patients were analyzed, the real reasons were found out, and the countermeasures were formulated and implemented. Results after the quality control circle activity, the emergency rescue event, the main risk factor of the patients, was obviously improved (P0.05). The risk rate of the patients was decreased from 0.41% to 0.14% (P0.05), and the self-evaluation of the comprehensive quality of the members of the quality control circle was improved (P0.001). Conclusion the activities of quality control circle can effectively reduce the risk rate of the patients and improve the comprehensive quality of nurses, which is beneficial to the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
