【摘要】:正基質(zhì)輔助激光解吸電離飛行時間質(zhì)譜(MALDI-TOF)是一種新型的質(zhì)譜技術(shù),具有靈敏度高,樣品用量少,分析速度快的特點。目前,MALDI-TOF已開始應(yīng)用于多項微生物的檢測,為臨床疾病的診療提供有效的指導(dǎo)。1 MALDI-TOF鑒定微生物的特點及優(yōu)勢MALDI-TOF系統(tǒng)由基質(zhì)輔助激光解吸電離離子源(MALDI)、飛行時間質(zhì)量分析器(TOF)和檢測器組成,屬于一種軟電離技術(shù),適用于混合物及生物大分子的測定〔1〕。其原理是利用激光照射待測物與基質(zhì)形成的共結(jié)晶薄膜,通過基質(zhì)吸收能量并將能量轉(zhuǎn)移至待測物分子,使分子解離成離子,利用離子在
[Abstract]:Positive matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF) is a new type of mass spectrometry technology with high sensitivity, small sample consumption and fast analysis speed. At present, MALDI-TOF has been applied to the detection of many microbes. To provide effective guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases. 1. The characteristics and advantages of MALDI-TOF in the identification of microorganisms. The MALDI-TOF system is composed of matrix assisted laser desorption ionization ion source (MALDI), time of flight quality analyzer (TOF) and detector. It belongs to a soft ionization technology.
