【摘要】：目的探討對(duì)于宮頸癌化療患者治療過程中的舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)方案在患者不良心理情緒以及對(duì)改善治療效果起到的作用。方法選取我科收治的需要行化療的宮頸癌患者為本次臨床研究對(duì)象,將其分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,對(duì)照組采取科內(nèi)常規(guī)護(hù)理方案,觀察組采取舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)方案。通過對(duì)比兩組采取護(hù)理方案干預(yù)前后的抑郁以及焦慮評(píng)分和患者治療過程中的依從性、治療過程中的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率等來評(píng)價(jià)兩種護(hù)理方案的差異性。結(jié)果通過臨床實(shí)際對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),采取舒適護(hù)理方案的觀察組其焦慮和抑郁評(píng)分在治療前后的對(duì)比情況較采取一般常規(guī)護(hù)理方案的對(duì)照組有顯著改善。同時(shí)觀察組在治療過程中的依從性較對(duì)照組明顯增高;而治療過程中的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率較對(duì)照組明顯下降。結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于宮頸癌化療患者治療過程中采取舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)方案可以明顯地改善患者治療過程中的不良心理狀態(tài),提升患者的治療效果,降低了患者化療過程中并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,顯著提升了患者的輔助治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on patients with cervical cancer in the course of chemotherapy. Methods the patients with cervical cancer who needed chemotherapy were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted Kone routine nursing program, and the observation group adopted comfortable nursing intervention scheme. The differences between the two groups were evaluated by comparing the scores of depression and anxiety before and after nursing intervention, the compliance of patients during treatment, and the incidence of complications in the course of treatment. Results the comparison of anxiety and depression scores before and after treatment in the observation group with comfortable nursing program was significantly improved than that in the control group with general routine nursing program. At the same time, the compliance in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The results were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the comfortable nursing intervention can obviously improve the bad psychological state, improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications in the course of chemotherapy for patients with cervical cancer. The effect of adjuvant therapy was improved significantly.
