【摘要】：決策普遍存在于經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、技術(shù)應(yīng)用和日常生活中,是各種管理中廣泛進(jìn)行的一種活動(dòng)。在所有失誤的情形中,最大的失誤就是決策上的失誤。不確定型決策具有普遍性和復(fù)雜性特征,也是研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)型決策的基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)今醫(yī)學(xué)存在很大的不確定性,尤其是臨床診療決策中的失誤或偏差,將會(huì)造成醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的下降和患者身心的嚴(yán)重?fù)p害,并進(jìn)而成為醫(yī)患沖突的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患�，F(xiàn)代臨床決策是一個(gè)涉及心理和社會(huì)諸多因素的復(fù)雜過程,需要多層次、多因素的考量,拓展智慧層面,建立整體理念,探索適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的科學(xué)決策之路。
[Abstract]:Decision-making is widely used in economy, politics, technology and daily life. In all cases of error, the biggest mistake is that of decision making. Uncertain decision making has the characteristics of universality and complexity, and it is also the basis of studying risk decision making. Nowadays, there is great uncertainty in medicine, especially the errors or deviations in clinical diagnosis and treatment decision, which will lead to the decline of medical quality and the serious damage of patients' body and mind, and then become the hidden danger of the conflict between doctors and patients. Modern clinical decision making is a complex process involving many factors of psychology and society. It needs multi-level and multi-factor consideration, expand the level of wisdom, establish the whole idea, and explore the way of scientific decision adapting to the complex environment of modern medicine.
