【摘要】:目的調(diào)查分析醫(yī)院分離的金黃色葡萄球菌分布及耐藥率變遷,為臨床合理使用抗菌藥物提供依據(jù)。方法收集2003-2013年從臨床各種標(biāo)本分離的金黃色葡萄球菌,每年隨機(jī)挑取60株進(jìn)行分析,共660株,菌種鑒定采用全自動微生物分析儀,按照美國臨床實驗室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究所推薦的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行結(jié)果解釋。結(jié)果 660株金黃色葡萄球菌主要分離自痰液標(biāo)本占55.8%;金黃色葡萄球菌中檢出耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)386株,檢出率58.5%;MRSA的檢出率2009-2013年低于2003-2008年;2003-2013年MRSA對紅霉素的耐藥率均80.0%,對環(huán)丙沙星和克林霉素的耐藥率均70.0%,而對四環(huán)素、慶大霉素、利福平和氯霉素的耐藥率分別為59.3%~90.7%、44.4%~100.0%、20.7%~91.3%和3.7%~33.3%。結(jié)論 MRSA檢出率和金黃色葡萄球菌對常用抗菌藥物的耐藥率呈下降趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the distribution of Staphylococcus aureus isolated in hospital and the change of drug resistance rate so as to provide evidence for rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic. Methods from 2003 to 2013, 60 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens were randomly selected for analysis. The results were interpreted according to the criteria recommended by the American Institute of Clinical Laboratory Standardization. Results 660 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were mainly isolated from sputum and 386 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were detected. The detection rate of MRSA in 2009-2013 was lower than that of MRSA in 2003-2008. The resistance rate of MRSA to erythromycin was 80.03%, and to ciprofloxacin and clindamycin was 70.0.The resistant rates to tetracycline, gentamycin, rifampicin and chloramphenicol were 59.30.7% and 3.733.33%, respectively. Conclusion the detection rate of MRSA and the resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus to common antimicrobial agents are decreasing.
